Dr. Shaji is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and he has been in active practice since 2012. He received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Shaji subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York Presbyterian in Flushing, New York, and Nephrology Fellowship at The State University of New York Downstate and Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Shaji practiced nephrology in Westchester County, NY for 9 years and worked as the Live donor advocate for the Montefiore Medical Center Liver and Kidney Transplant departments. He is currently working as part of the Faculty Group Practice/Hospital Medicine of NYU Langone Long Island Hospital.
